GRAVIMETRIC WALLPAPER PLASTISOL DISPENSING INSTALLATION
TYPICAL FEATURES
- Standard executed with up to 40 dispense valves for PVC paste, colorants and return paste.
- Components can be stored in any size (stainless steel) containers or tanks.
- Frequency controlled electrical pumps to ensure perfect flow patterns.
- Recirculation of the colorants to prevent sedimentation.
- Automatic roll conveying system for standard 75 ltr. and 300 ltr. tubs.
- Mixer with automatic viscosity control system.
- Washing unit for cleaning the mixer when mixing cycle is completed.
STANDARD SET-UP
Dispensing installation incl. mixer with automatic viscosity control system (torque measurement with solvent injection system). Dispensing software with online support.
OPTIONAL SET-UP
Due to the modular design, the installation can be extended with several options:
- Mixer in explosion proof execution.
- Return paint integration system.
- Interface with all (common) color computer systems and/or host network.
- Connection to an (existing) tank park for storage of PVC plastisols.
